Exchange, Return and Warranty Information ?

CHANGE
1. If the product you received is 'Large/Small', you can exchange it within 7 days from the day of receipt.
2- The exchange period for each unused product is 7 days. After the 7th day, no change is made.
3- In order to make an exchange, the product must be clean and undamaged as it was sent. For this reason, try the product you bought in a clean environment. Dirty, damaged products are not exchanged.
4-For product exchange, the product you sent must first reach us. A new product will not be sent before your product reaches us.
5-Exchange time is 3-5 working days.

RETURN
1-There is no return sale on our products. Refunds are not accepted for any reason after receiving the product. 2-If you don't like the product, you can exchange it for another product you want within 7 days as long as you don't use it.

GUARANTEE
1-Our products do not have any guarantee. 2- In case of a possible damage to the product you have purchased after a certain use, our company provides professional service and repair service free of charge. Changes are not made due to any damage that may occur.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
1-If the product you purchased is damaged in the first 2 months, a professional repair service is provided FREE of charge. Changes are not made due to the damage caused. After the 2nd month, you can benefit from the service support for a fee.

IMPORTANT ❗️

Your order will come with transparent cargo. You see the incoming cargo content and then pay. The photo and video image of the product you ordered are available in detail on our 'Site and Instagram' page. In case of not receiving the incoming order for any reason such as 'I didn't like it, I stopped taking it, I had financial problems', the shipping fee of 50₺, which will be reflected to us, is yours. You should send this fee to our bank account.
If you do not pay the transportation cost, the legal process will be initiated based on the information you have provided.
